How to switch your service
New accounts are usually activated within 3 to 5 business days of receiving a signed application, and the process takes only a few steps:
1. Tell us about your business
Fill out the contact form and a representative will contact you. You will be asked a few questions about your business and your current equipment, and the representative will work with you to determine the right solution for your business.
2. Complete the application
Once you’re satisfied with your service package, we’ll fax or mail you an application and fee schedule for review. Sign and return the application for approval.
3. Set up your equipment
If you already own equipment, we’ll reprogram it remotely with the features you choose. If you need new equipment, we’ll program it before sending it to you. Once your equipment is set up, you’re ready to accept card transactions.
What you need to switch
To switch your service, you’ll need to have the following information:
- Model and type of current equipment
- Terms of your agreement with your current service provider
- General information about your business
- Current merchant services processing statements
